Donald Truss been in Executive Recruiting since 1986.  Don "Knows People!"  He reads between the lines on candidate resumes and knows what questions to ask to ensure a long lasting technical hire. There is more to this than just knowing the technical parts of the job. The candidate must be a good fit for the culture and lifestyle. With the help of his team, Don has filled more than 3,000 requsitions. These positions have been on all levels of the "Business Food Chain." From from basic Production Supervisor and Maintenance Technician, to Senior VP of Sales earning $300K+.  He now takes great pride in providing personalized recruiting service to a limited, elite group of clients.
