Executive Recruiting  -  A Project Management Process


A practiced methodology that results in proven results.

 

Step 1: We take the time required to understand your need. We know that there is much more to this than simply matching the candidate's background with your job description. Our recruiting effort and candidate assessment is customized to address each of your company's unique needs.We will ask your manager to schedule times to review resumes and interview appropriate candidates. 

 

Step 2:  Our recruiting team performs targeted searches. We do not advertise, we dig deep to uncover the leading talent in the field, and then approach each candidate with a carefully worded story describing your employment opportunity. We know the importance of properly setting expectations right from the start.

 

Step 3:  Once appropriate candidates have been identified and they have expressed interest in your opportunity, our experts continue our vetting process by contacting references and co-workers to build the candidate's profile. This typically requires between 3 and 6 weeks, depending on the nature of your opportunity. At this point we are ready to present our candidates.

 

Step 4:  When we are confident that we understand the universe of candidates, we present our 3 best  candidates to your manager and request feedback. We present your manager with the rationale behind our decision to submit each candidate, along with the candidate's resume, salary expectations, availability and suggested appointments for interview. This is typically between 3 and 6 weeks after the date that your job order was accepted.

 

Step 5:  We are now eager to receive ffeedback from your manager about our candidates. At this point we typically schedule interviews, and occassionally return to our digging process with new instructions.

 

Step 6. Your manager has interviewed our candidates, has chosen, and notifies us that s/he would like to offer employment to the candidate. We carefully present your offer to our candidate and negotiate on your behalf if rrequired. We schedule any tests that may be required and confirm a start date.


Step 7:  As part of our follow-up program, after 30 days we reach out to your manager with a short on-line performance evaluation of our candidate. Upon your request we will counsel our candidate about any performance issues to addresses any gaps in experience.
